Informing Structural Reform of South Australia’s Marine Scalefish Fishery

South Australia’s Marine Scalefish Fishery is diverse in the species caught, fishing gears used and licence conditions. This makes the management of the fishery very challenging. Industry and government are working collaboratively to address this complexity with the aim of reforming its overall structure and refining its future management. This project explored strategic options with the ultimate goal of informing the path to restructuring the management of this fishery.
